  The sale and installation of my system was fine although a piece of equipment recommended by them is creating continuing problems. My disappointment with the equipment recommended and the poor after-sale service have forced this negative review. They are slow to return calls and seem to do so only after repeated calls are made. Follow-up once you talk to them is even less satisfactory. Had I known before what I know now, I would have selected a different company. Having said this I blame myself for not doing more "research" into the after-sale service record of this company.
